I am finally back to blogging after a week long break. I am bringing to you my favorite eyeliner these days. I am a fan of Liquid liners, to me they are so easy to put on evenly and effortlessly. I am very bad with pencil liners which is why I prefer liquid or gel. My sister sent me this eyeliner and I absolutely love it. Its a felt tip liquid liner making life all the more easy for girls like me :)

MUA Mascara in Shade 3 review + EOTD!

Really long time since I last posted here. I have been really busy or sick the past whole week. Today I finally got to sit on my laptop to write about this review. Long back I had tried a Blue mascara at MAC from one of their limited edition collections, I found paying 1000/- for a Mascara that too in Blue a bit expensive so I let go on that one, but ever since then I wanted to try one out for sure. When I saw this at MUA during their Sale, I just could not resist and bought it. Read on to know what I think of it in this short review.

Let me start off by saying, this mascara is so not for the weak hearted. The blue color looks really bright once you have all your lashes coated. Personally, I find it very experimental and interesting but it may not be everyone's cup of tea. I have worn this three times in total every time matching it with my outfit and I just love how it looks.

Incolor eyeliner review

Here is a review of one of the darkest eyeliners that I have seen. It is also pretty smudge free for a long long time. I got this around one year back. The guy at the store challenged me that after this one sets, it does not smudge. I gave him a funny look asked him to swatch it and then went on to another store. After a while when I rubbed hard on the liner is refused to get spoiled plus it was so dark. That is the story of how I got this eyeliner. How it has been so far, read on.

Mac eyeshadow review- Soft brown

Hey guys,

The review for this eye shadow was long pending and I thought I should do it today itself. I hunted for this eye shadow in so many Mac store but none of them had it. Apparently it had been discontinued in India a few months back. Then I hunted for its dupes in Inglot and other brands but somehow none of them looked like this one. It was then that I asked my cousin to send me this eye shadow, when my aunt came to India. And luckily she got it at a Mac store there and sent it to me and I was all happy!

Lakme eyeconic mascara review

Here is my review on the recently very popular mascara which is the Lakme’s eyeconic mascara. Eyeconic is a very affordable mascara which claims to give you super curled eyelashes. I have been trying out this mascara for about 2 months now and thought of reviewing it for you guys today.

I never prefer to buy mascaras which are really expensive, the reason being that they expire in about 6 months and grow bacteria and all which can cause harm and infections to your eyes. So spending more than 400 on mascara according to me is a waste. Besides almost all the mascaras do the same work. This mascara fit my bill perfectly and I also wanted to give it a try. So here goes the review.

Colorbar eyeliner- Flirty Turq review

I had been looking for this color since so long but somehow I used to forget about it at a Colorbar counter or it was out of stock. Finally I remembered swatching it and the colour was love at first sight. It is an amazing greenish blue colour and I must say it is very unique too.

Oriflame Wonder lash mascara review

Hope all of you are having an amazing weekend. I thought I would review my current favorite mascara which is pretty inexpensive and of good quality. I dont really like investing too much in mascaras as they are good only till 6 months and that too is the maximum. After that they harbor bacteria and can lead to infections and all. So I prefer that a mascara is affordable but not compromised on quality. So here is one such mascara.

Lakme fairy dust eyeshadow in Golden + smokey EOTD

I thought I should review my very first Golden eye shadow today. I got this shadow back in October. I needed a Golden eye shadow because my sister's wedding was coming and I needed an eyeshadow to go well with all my Ethnic clothes. I had no Mac or Inglot makeup back then and Lakme was the best option. I searched and finally got this shadow. How I like it, lets find out.

All of you must have heard that using a white liner on your waterline makes your eyes appear bigger. Following the same trend I asked my sister to get me a white kohl so that I could try it too. She got me this Rimmel one and I was happy. 

Nyx Collection noir liquid black liner review

Hope all of you have amazing plans for the weekend. As you must remember I had my haul post up a while ago, I bought a few Nyx items, one of them I thought that I would review today. So here goes. 

When I was a teenager I always used pencil liners and was so bad at handling the liquid ones. I used to see people use liquid liners and continuously wonder how they managed to do that without poking their eye. My main concern was how to keep one eye closed and one open :-/ That absolutely scared me and I never tried.      A few years ago I bought a liquid liner from Streetwear and watched a lot of Youtube videos and finally understood that you are not supposed to close your eye while putting it on, I have no idea where I got that notion. Now I am a proud user of a liquid liner efficiently. I find using liquid ones so easy that I now find using pencil liners tough. 

My lotus liner was finished and I wanted something with a very thin and a nice tip. While I was ordering stuff from B2Nshop.com, I saw the tip of this liner and ordered it immediately.

Mac eyeshadow review- Folie

Hey guys,

I just thought today that I would also review my 3 rd eye shadow from Mac. As you will see this is the second half of my incomplete Mac eye shadow quad. This eye shadow is a matte brown colour called Folie. I got this colour in a matte version because all the other eye shadows that I had were mostly shimmery, so in order to avoid too much of bling on my eyes I thought I would go for a matte eye shadow colour. This colour is a dark brown in the pan but not so brown on the eyes. Actually it is very good for the outer V and the crease area.

This eye shadow is a stuck up one. When i try to swatch it, it just does nt want to come off my finger, so stubborn. It just clung to my finger and made it impossible to swatch, hence the light swatches. The colour it pigmented but not as much as some other eye shadows from Mac. I find the Veluxe pearl finishes the best eye shadow finishes by Mac. They re not too shimmery and are insanely pigmented.

Mac eye shadow- All that glitters review

Hey everyone,
So I have another Mac eye shadow review for you all. I have not collected too many Mac eye shadows because the Mac store near me opened only about a year and a half ago. And also I try not to shop just for the sake of shopping, but well any how I do end up doing that only, but then dont we all? :-S

Anyways back to the eye shadow, I am a huge neutral shadow fan. Ever since I was little, if you give me to compare a neutral and coloured eye shadow, I d always pick the neutral ones. Oh well thats my little obsession with neutral eye shadows. About this eye shadow I would have to say that All that glitters is not gold, its infact a beautiful beige kind of a colour with micro mini shimmer particles since it is a veluxe pearl one. And I love this one.

Maybelline eyeshadow quad in Sapphire Ice review

                Finally the weather here in my city is turning so much better and I am so glad about it. It makes my mood good for the whole day. I thought I would write about an eyeshadow quad which I own.

A while ago I won a contest on Urbantouch.com's Facebook page. As a prize I got many beauty goodies. This eyeshadow quad was one of them. It is a collection of blue based eyeshadows and can be used to create a smokey eye effect.

Maxfactor Masterpiece max mascara review

Thank you so much for the wonderful response that you’ve all given me. It encourages me a lot. I thought I would do a mascara review today. This one is Maxfactor masterpiece max mascara. So many m’s in one line. Well lets move on to the review.

Ever since I have learned that mascaras should not be used beyond 3 months, I try to change it as soon as it starts smelling funny. I actually use mine for about 6 months since I hardly use the mascara 4 or 5 times in a month. So in doing my mental math I have actually increased the mascara span. But beyond that is a serious no no.

Mac Woodwinked Eyeshadow review

MAC WOODWINKED REVIEW

Wow I am so excited. This is my first time writing for my blog. Yay! I have been thinking of a blog since so long but due to college and exams I never really got time to start writing myself. Now that exams and college is done, I m all free to write. So I thought about what to start with. What better than my very first eyeshadow from Mac. This eyeshadow is called ‘Woodwinked’. It is a Veluxe pearl which is one of the best finishes from Mac.

What mac says about its eyeshadows:-

Highly-pigmented powder. Applies evenly, blends well.

Well I believe that mac lives up to its claims. The eyeshadow is absolutely gorgeous. The colour is so unique that it cant be explained in words. It is a sort of golden bronze colour. Absolutely metallic. It is so smooth. Blends perfectly. The eyeshadow is so pigmented and goes on sooo smoothly. I had heard its reviews and after controlling myself so much, finally decided to get it. The SA paired it up with Carbon and it looked really great.
