Here is a quick makeup look I wore to my Team's dinner party. I was kind of running late and took like just 10 minutes to do my makeup and hair. I love this Lace shirt my sis gifted me :-* and also the neckpiece that goes so well with the tee.

Makeup of the day: Winged liner + Light pink lips!

Hey everyone,

Heres my makeup look of the day. I wanted to wear Kajal but since the eye infection I dont want to risk infecting my makeup, hence I went with Winged liner. I matched my lipstick to my stockings which were light pink. I love this lipstick lately, incase your wondering its Airy Fairy by Rimmel and it has slowly become one of my favorite these days :)

It had been so long since I last posted a face or makeup of the day picture. I was down with an eye infection and hence that meant no eye makeup. I still dont do much on the eyes since the infection is not healed yet but heres a quick look I wore to work yesterday. Let me know what you think :)

Makeup of the day- all Pink :)

Here is the makeup I had on for Friday. I was wearing a pink top so I thought of going all pink for my makeup. My hair had become kind of oily so I tied it all up. It was great for summers too. I hate hair coming all over my face during summers. Anyways here are the pictures, please do comment what you think :)

Curled hair + Makeup of the day!

Hiya girls,

You might have seen on my fb page that I bought a new curling iron. I was so eager to try it that I started curling my hair at 9 pm last night hoping that the curls would last the day. And guess what they did ^_^. It does nt matter much that I ended up burning my neck in the process, I m just so bad with curling irons. I have burnt so many parts of my face using the iron that I dont even remember, and the funny part is that it is always a curling rod and never any other hairstyler. Anyways I lovedddd my curls, it does not really matter that I already have curled hair, I m still fond of properly done curls. For me that hairstyle works for any time of the week :) 

The makeup was all pink coordinating with my outfit. I used Mac's all that glitters eyeshadow (Review here ) all over the eyelid, followed by the new Inglot shadow (Review here )I got in the crease and lined with Brown liner.

Mardi grass palette look 2!

So as you know I loved the lipstick shades that I got in my Mardi Gras palette. I really really wanted to wear the red shade. The other day I finally gathered the courage to wear red lip color to office!! YAY! Here are pictures of the same, do let me know what you think :)

Make shadow last longer- My tips!

Hiya girls,

Here I am with a post on how I make my eyeshadow last longer. So I have really really oily eyelids. No shadow I put on them makes it last longer, it ultimately creases in about 4 or 5 hours. Recently I tried this new routine and it really really works. It makes my shadow last for 8 hours and gets through the whole work day.So I thought today I should write this post, maybe it will be helpful to some of you out there with oily lids like mine.

Hope you had a wonderful day. I love love love both my new Inglot eyeshadows. I just could nt wait to try them on. The rainbow shadow is just so pretty. I was gonna wear a pink shirt to office today and thought it was the perfect day to use the Rainbow shadow. It was my first time wearing such a bright shadow to work but I absolutely loved how it turned out. I went pink all the way with the blush and the  lipstick. Here are the pictures.

Motives Mardi Gras palette look!

Hi girls,

After I got my Vellvette box I really wanted to try the products especially the lipsticks and glosses in the Mardi Gras palette. Yesterday I thought I should try a look using only these products. Sadly I was expecting more from the eyeshadows but they did not turn out to be that pigmented. I had to layer on and on for the color but still it was nt that great. Anyhow I managed to do a certain look with them. It was peach all over the eyelid with green in the crease and blue in the outer corner. I used the peachy lipgloss from the same palette.

Here is my makeup look for yesterday ( I know the post says 'day' but its actually 'yesterday'). I was gonna wear a blue shirt so I wanted to have blue liner on my waterline. I think it turned out pretty looking. I paired the blue liner with Gold eyes and pink lipstick to complete the look. Enough blabber, here are the pictures :)

I had to go to work late today so I thought I would click some pictures for my makeup of the day. Its basically a neutral look popped up with a blue liner to match my shirt. Though it may not seem like I have any eyeshadow on, but I actually do.

Theodora Oz inspired look!

Heya girls,

Here I am with my look inspired by Theodora. I tried my best to make it look similar. As far as I could make out Theodora (Mila Kunis) did not really have too much of eye makeup on. She mainly had a flawless skin and dark bold lips. I totally loved it and I thought of re creating something like that. Here is what I came up with. Hope you all like it :)

Hey guys,

So here is the makeup post for the previous outfit post. I used Mua Dusk till Dawn palette to create this look. I absolutely love the pigmentation and quality of the colors. Its an amazing palette and I would love to get some more.

For lips I used Mac's lipstick in Hug me and just to darken it a bit applied Bourjois lipliner in shade 11, dont remember the name of it.

For face I used Lotus SPF 70 sunscreen followed by Rimmel stay matte pressed powder and Victoria's secret blush.

My graduation eyes!

Hey everyone,

Here I am sharing with you all the pics from my graduation eye makeup. I was so confused as to whether I should do something simple and nice or go all smokey and purple. So in the end smokey eye makeup won and I went with smokey purple eyes and pink lips. The blending could have been better but I was in a hurry and my brush was just not in the mood to do its job.

My outfits for my sister's wedding part 3

Hey guys,

So this is the outfit from the third day of the wedding functions, which was the wedding. I had always thought that I am going to wear a lehnga on my sister's wedding day and so I did. :) My Lehnga was selected by my mom and sister and I had myself gone to try it out and finalize it. This lehnga was bought from Delhi and I absolutely love it. It was so comfortable throughout the day.

I was getting so late that my hair was almost a mess. I got my tikka set by Lakme but had no time to do my hair. But luckily as I went to deliver my sister's breakfast to where she was getting ready, her makeup artist made my hair and it looked so much better. It was just because of him that my hair was not a mess. Anyways here go the pictures that were clicked that day.

My accessories were my kundan set bought from Patiala, my tikka and some simple bangles.

My outfits for my sister's wedding part 2

Hey everyone,

I thought that I would post my second outfit for my sister's wedding. This was a punjabi suit which I got from Patiala. I wore it along with matching blue suede pumps, some bangles that I got from westside and gold jewelry. This is one of my favorite suits. I love it for its colour and its embroidery which is pure Patiala shahi. Hope you guys like it. Let me know your views.

The function was that of Sangeet, a pretty informal affair and we enjoyed it the most. It was pretty relaxed and was held in the garden of the hotel we were staying in. 

My outfits for my sister's wedding part 1

Hey everyone,

Hope all of you are having a great week. I thought I would show you all my outfits for my sister's wedding this past november. These are the pictures from the first official function which was the Shagan.

I wore a sari with some pearl work as I love pearls. I wanted to get an updo along with it, so this is what the lakme person did. The makeup was done by me, but if you ask me now there are so many things that I would like to change about it :-/
