What's in my travel makeup bag

Hey guys,
Finally I am sure that I am leaving for a vacation. It is going to be super awesome.  As I packed all the makeup along, i thought I would do a post on what all i packed. This is a picture heavy post and I have packed a lot of stuff, as going out is sort of the only time i want to be fully decked up. So here you go guys. Hope you like it :)

Also I got my make up bag from lifestyle and the second one is from urbantouch.com. The smaller one is going to have the stuff that I am going to keep in my purse. I threw in a bold red lipcolor and an orange lipcolor just because I really want to try and wear it in public now. The rest is my Naked 2 palette, incomplete Mac palette which I am completing soon and just one blush which is my Mac one.

Hope you all like it. If you want to ask me anything, please make sure to comment :)

Mac lipstick in See sheer review and FOTD

Hey guys,
Hope you're all having any amazing sunday. I m going to review my first Mac lipstick ever which was Mac's See sheer. I had only bought a Mac lipglass before that and i really wanted to try out their lipsticks. I wanted a true coral colour and hence my purchase of See sheer.

Price:- 990/-

Mac's See sheer is an absolutely gorgeous coral colour. It is not at all over the top bright or something. Perfect for day wear and also night wear depending on how you apply it. I literally ate the SA at Mac's head to get this colour. But it is one lipstick which has never disappointed me.

Mac mineralize skinfinish natural review- Medium plus

Hey guys,
I thought I would review one of the best compact powders that I have used till now. It is Mac's mineralize skinfinish natural. I know this is one of the most recommended products worldwide and i second that thought. My sister and I tried it at the Mac store and it gave such a nice sheen and matte look to the face without looking over the top matte. Since we have been blessed with naturally fast healing and clear face ( Thank you so much God) we did not want too much of a coverage for everyday use.

Price:- 1450/- as far as i remember

The product seems pretty sensitive ( i found no other way to describe it ). If you use a harsh kind or a flat top brush to use it, it tends to have fall out. But its so minimal and does not bother me at all. It is so easy to use and i actually prefer bound products as compared to the loose one. The loose ones are just so time consuming to use. This skinfinish has a wonderful finish ( if that makes any sense). It makes you look matte and adds a sort of a glow to the face. A little goes a long way. My sister has been using it every single day for the past 4 months or something and we still have not hit the pan unlike the case with other inexpensive compacts. So i guess its actually quite all right for the cost of it.

Maxfactor Masterpiece max mascara review

Hey everyone,
Thank you so much for the wonderful response that you’ve all given me. It encourages me a lot. I thought I would do a mascara review today. This one is Maxfactor masterpiece max mascara. So many m’s in one line. Well lets move on to the review.

Price:- 500/-
Ever since I have learned that mascaras should not be used beyond 3 months, I try to change it as soon as it starts smelling funny. I actually use mine for about 6 months since I hardly use the mascara 4 or 5 times in a month. So in doing my mental math I have actually increased the mascara span. But beyond that is a serious no no.

Chambor powder matte lipstick in Dessert rose review

Hey guys,
You might have a little bit hint by now of my obsession with lipsticks. I find lips the most attractive part on a person's face. A nice looking lipstick can instantly make you look good. I used to like glosses more than lipsticks but lately I am sort of in a lipcolor phase. For me glosses in the summer time are a big no no. Whenever the wind blows all my hair gets stuck to the glosses.
So here is a review of one of my go to lipsticks lately which is the Chambor lipstick in Dessert rose.

Price:- 450/-

I got this lipstick after reading a post by one of my friends ( thank you for introducing me to it Neha di ). I really wanted to have a nude lipcolor. Whenever i do my entire face, i always put lipstick on at the end. But by the time it comes to the lipstick part i find that all the lipcolors kind of clash with my makeup. So i wanted a nude lipcolor that goes with almost everything. And boy did i find one.

Lotus herbals Floral glam in Sensous mauve review

Hey guys,
I hope all of you are having an amazing week. Today i am going to review one of my recent lipstick loves which is the Lotus herbals Floral glam in sensous mauve.

At first I was sort of unsure about the quality of the lotus lipsticks. But after reading reviews about them on so many blogs i thought I would give them a try. I checked my local store and the guy told me that they had an offer, two for the price of one. I was so overjoyed. But took some time and finally one day went ahead and bought two of these lipsticks.

Price:- 395/- I got two for 395/-

I expected this colour to be more on the peachy side, dont know why :-/ This came out to be a true muted pink colour and i absolutely love this one.

The quality is seriously better than i thought would be. I thought they might irritate my lips and stuff but that is so not the  case. This goes on smoothly and lasts pretty long. It stays on my lips for 4 hours easily. It does fade a bit with meals and all but leaves behind such a nice tint. I just love wearing this one. Its my go to pink lip colour lately. I have such a love relationship with all the lipsticks and this is no exception.

It is a vegan lipsticks with no animal testing which is a major plus point for me. Its pretty creamy and does not dry out your lips at all. Stays long and the colour is perfect for everyday wear. It looks so pretty on the lips. I love wearing it. The packaging is a bit different from the regular one. You just twist the base and the lipsticks comes out. It rotates smoothly too.
Below is the swatch of this one on my hand. All lipsticks look different on lips than on the hand but it gives a pretty good idea about the colour of the lipstick.
Here is the pictures of it on my lips. As you can see it is a colour which everyone can pull off easily and would look good on all the skintones.

So if you guys are on a lipstick hunt for a lipstick which is of great quality and colour yet affordable then do give these a try.

Also something notable, i find this colour so much similar to MAC Cosmo. They re almost the same. So if you like cosmo but dont want to spend as much on a lipstick, go for this colour, you wont be disappointed.

My rating:- 5/5
Have a great week everyone! :)

Make up collection and organization and FOTD

Hey guys,
I was out of town yesterday. And after such a long hunt online and in various stores i finally found a vanity mirror. As i was arranging it on my vanity, i thought i would do a make up collection and organization post. I have collected so much of make up over the past year, mainly because of my sister's wedding. A lot of my make up has been gifted to me by my lovely relatives ( if you're reading, Thank you so much! <3) and some i have collected and shopped for on my own.

This is an organizer that i newly got. It was an idea that I got from Parita di, i just love my organizer so much. I am also uploading my brushes which generally sit inside my almira since they catch dust outside. I am not trying to brag or anything, this is my passion and i love having makeup stuff :) This is a picture heavy post. I hope you guys like it :)

Site Review: www.urbantouch.com

Hey guys,
Since the online shopping trend is becoming so popular and we are bombarded with so many sites carrying so many different products at discounted rates. I thought i would start a series where I will mention about my experience with different online sites. Since I have been ordering from all sorts of sites so much and i have had mixed experiences. Today i ll mention about my favourite online shopping site which is www.urbantouch.com.

My first experience with them was last year when i had ordered something online for the very first time. I ordered a Herbal essences shampoo and a hair brush. The deliver was so quick and it was super easy. I had opted for cash on delivery and there was absolutely no problems.

When i came back to my hometown, i did not have any cash on delivery options so i paid via my debit card. To my surprise the order reached me super quick. By far they have never taken more than 4 days to deliver any orders considering that the services in my city are not even that well developed. Now the delivery has become even faster, i receive my parcels the third day from the date of order. I am so impressed.

This has been the only site which has provided super friendly customer care and great services. I have faced problems with other sites time and again but urbantouch.com has never disappointed me.

So if you guys think of ordering from some site, definitely check them out. Theres a huge variety of products at good rates and super fast deliveries.

Happy shopping everyone! :-)

Nivea visage oil Regulating toner review

Hey guys,
Hope you all are having a happy saturday. I thought i would share with you guys my views about a toner that i have been using recently.

I know many of us tend to be lazy when it comes to a proper skincare routine. But taking care of your skin is really very important if you want a good healthy skin. When i was pretty young even i tended to ignore my skin and hence it resulted in me getting multiple skin issues including acne and eczema. Now that i look back it makes me realize how important it is to nourish your skin.
Many of you must have heard about toners but may not use them often. Believe me i was the same. But after i read about toners and their uses i have totally readjusted my opinion. Toners are supposed to be used after cleansing your skin. They are necessary because they remove any additional dirt or makeup that may not have come off with a cleanser or the cleanser that may not have come off with water. So to eliminate any residue or traces of dirt or other products, you should use a toner before moisturizer and after your cleanser.

Mac Woodwinked Eyeshadow review

MAC WOODWINKED REVIEW
Hello everyone,
Wow I am so excited. This is my first time writing for my blog. Yay! I have been thinking of a blog since so long but due to college and exams I never really got time to start writing myself. Now that exams and college is done, I m all free to write. So I thought about what to start with. What better than my very first eyeshadow from Mac. This eyeshadow is called ‘Woodwinked’. It is a Veluxe pearl which is one of the best finishes from Mac.
What mac says about its eyeshadows:-
Highly-pigmented powder. Applies evenly, blends well.
Well I believe that mac lives up to its claims. The eyeshadow is absolutely gorgeous. The colour is so unique that it cant be explained in words. It is a sort of golden bronze colour. Absolutely metallic. It is so smooth. Blends perfectly. The eyeshadow is so pigmented and goes on sooo smoothly. I had heard its reviews and after controlling myself so much, finally decided to get it. The SA paired it up with Carbon and it looked really great.
Below is a picture of the eyeshadow in flash. Looks more golden here but it is kind of bronze gold.
